CAPE SHADE: FRANCHISES
Cape Shade
has for more than 15 years been extensively involved with exporting
product and technology around the globe. We have tried many forms of
business relationships such as Distributors, Branches, Join Ventures and
Agencies. These business models have met with varying degrees of
success.
Cape Shade
has recognised the need to have one strategy. In order to guide us we
have employed the ongoing services of Global Business Excellence (GBE).
The purpose is and was to evaluate, propose improvements and assist with
the implementation of improvement in the following areas;
1. Business Results
2. Customer and Market Focus
3. Leadership
4. People Management
5. Policy and Strategy
6. Resource and Information Management
7. Processes
8. Franchises (preparedness and successful implementation of policy)
To this end
we have
worked tirelessly with GBE to best prepare ourselves for the exciting
challenges of Franchising Cape Shade in South Africa and to selective
markets around the world.
We currently
have Franchises in Angola, France, Eastern Cape& Border Region of South
Africa. We propose to increase by only two selected franchises per
year.
